Avtec Ltd., Pithampur Annual Day

We joined hands with Avtec Ltd. to celebrate its Annual Day. This event was conceptualized with the main objective of expressing gratitude towards the employees and their respective families for their contribution towards the accomplishments of the company.

Complete provisions for their entertainment were taken care of. Games and Cultural activities were arranged keeping in the mind the huge number of invitees which was somewhere about 2000. Other aspects like catering and transportation were also our responsibility.

The outcome exceeded the expectations of not only the guests but of the organizers also. We achieved yet another milestone successfully !
