The Brand

SAPAT a renowned brand name in the western province of India, decided to expand its horizons to the Central region as well. With the sole objective of being able to serve more & more people, Parivar Chai initiated to connect with the populace through its newly launched tea Chai Time. Surmounting the hassles of adding flavors to tea, Chai Time introduced itself with four different aromas, namely Lemongrass Ginger, Masala, Elaichi and Ginger.



The Event

In order to attain the set goal, it was extremely essential to recognize the needs of the masses and relating to them as well. This asked for the complete knowledge about the market scenario and we, being the oldest event management company, matched the criteria well. Thus, we began our journey towards the accomplishment of the task!



Conceptualization

The launch at Indore was to be conducted at a national level. Since this was the first time that it was being presented to the people, the idea had to be innovative, something that was not attempted before. Our main objective being to be able to click to the mind of the customers. Mood-o-meter is basically a software, which depicts the mood of a particular person for which the latter is asked some fun questions, which are objective in nature and on the basis of the same, suggests the flavor of the tea which would suit him at that moment.



The Plan

The plan of action was worked upon

7 days activity.
Treasure Island : the most prominent location of the city.
Mood-o-meter as the main attraction.
Wet sampling and dry selling.
Branding (standees) across the city at various outlets.
P romotion through advertisements & radio spots.



Final Outcome

The event concluded on an exultant note as the product was liked by one and all, resulting in great sale figures as well.

This further enhanced the brand presence at various outlets in the city. Today, Chai Time is a household name.

Thus, our objective of providing benefit to the client and the end user was achieved.
